I am a qualified past life regressionist with the Past Life Therapists Association, practising continuously since 2006.  Over the years I have observed that regressions required more than a guided tour of the past and  were an effective tool to assist with healing on many levels.  I realised I needed to explore the  psychological  aspects as well as the esoteric so I expanded my knowledge by studying re-framing hypnosis techniques, NLP and certified in EMDR.

I am a certified remote spirit release practitioner, I studied with the late Dr Terence Palmer.  I have also studied with David Furlong who furthered my knowledge in this field.  Currently, I am being tutored by Dr Thomas Zinser in his practice of ‘Soul Centred Healing’.

I am mediumistic and have been since birth.

I believe that the sciences and spiritually go ‘hand in hand’ and having worked with Doctors Palmer and Zinser, it made me realise that we need to work together to bring this message to a wider audience.

I am now retired from work ( civilian staff  with our local police force) and live just outside Oxford, in the UK.  I am learning Portuguese with the Oxford University and during the summer you can find me, along with husband, on our allotment.
