Dr Elliot Cohen – The Psychology of Slow Living Rediscovering a Happier Pace of life 2

Dr Elliot Cohen – The Psychology of Slow Living: Rediscovering a Happier Pace of life

Does slow living make us happier?

This session will explore the core principles underpinning the Psychology of Slow Living. Dr Elliot Cohen will seek to demonstrate how the Wisdom Traditions of Hinduism, Buddhism, Daoism and Judaism, offer unique and compelling insights concerning how we might consciously decelerate our lifestyles and in doing so transform our minds. The timeless wisdom of Slow Living allows and encourages us to cultivate deeper states of calmness, connectedness and contentedness.
