After more than 40 years as a paediatrician and school doctor, Dr Michaela Glöckler has witnessed first-hand what helps children truly flourish and what quietly holds them back.

About the speaker:
Dr Michaela Glöckler, paediatrician, was head of the Medical Section at the Goetheanum, the anthroposophical School of Spiritual Science in Dornach (Switzerland), for 28 years. Previously, she worked in the paediatric department of the Community Hospital in Herdecke (Germany) and worked as a school doctor for the Rudolf Steiner School in Witten (Germany). She is co-founder of the Alliance for Childhood and the European Alliance of Initiatives for applied Anthroposophy/ELIANT.
