Felicity Warner – The Sacred Oils of Mary Magdalene and How They Heal the Dying
Which oils have historically been used to aid patients through the dying process?

Mary Magdalene was one of a group of Myrrhophores (myrrh bearing women) mentioned in the Bible. Besides Myrrh, they used a small repertoire of aromatic oils and resins in their work with the dying and the newly dead. Each oil had its own significant (unique) sacred properties. Felicity Warner will explore these oils in her talk.
