Raquel Torrent is a psychologist, integral psychotherapist, and ontological coach. She is an author with over 40 years of experience in personal and transpersonal development. She is the creator and former president of the Spanish Integral Association, which for 11 years organised the International Integral Conference in Madrid, Spain. She is the creator of Inner Positioning (IP), a transformative psychotherapeutic method that helps individuals achieve self-integration, as well as contributing to the training of Psychotherapists in IP. A respected speaker and facilitator, Raquel has dedicated her career to guiding people toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and spiritual fulfilment as well as promoting the Integral Metatheory from Ken Wilber. She is the author of: INNER POSITIONING, The Art of Inhabiting Yourself, where she shares practical strategies to help individuals turn their inner house into a true inner home.
