Andrew Thornton speaks passionately about how he ran Thornton’s Budgens and his journey from being a profit-focused entrepreneur to heart-centred leader. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience speaking in Europe, North America and Asia on Food Retailing, and over the last 5 years has turned his attention to the broader topic of the role of business in society. He founded Heart in Business Limited in 2015 to advise and train other business leaders in opening their hearts. Last year he published ‘Putting the Heart back into Business’, which he co-authors with his partner Eudora Pascall.
