Hello 🙂

I am a visiting alien inspired by
Creativity & Play,
Convergence & Commonization,
Interoception & Transcendance.

In the last years,
I co-founded an initiative to transform respiratory care into play (Breathing Games),
and a community-led festival to foster self and mutual care (Taking care together).

This nurtured my Individualised PhD thesis in Social Science (Canada):
What if we collectively had the capacity to overcome any crisis in a matter of days?
I previously studied Human Systems Engineering (Switzerland),
Game Design (Canada), and Comparative Law (Italy).

Today, I am re-shaping my identity to embrace Joy
and let go an addiction to mental stimulation.
I aim to spend half of my time in (South) East Asia.

A new research project is emerging:
exploring how the awareness of inner sensations
can increase (multidimensionnal) consciousness.

This will build on practices including Somatic Art Therapy, Dreamwork,
Cave Diving, Systema Martial Art, and Vipassana Meditation.

Regarding methodologies, I pledge for Open Science,
Creation-as-Research, and Emerging Change.
