Gabriel Fernandez-Borsot holds a PhD in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies of San Francisco (CIIS), a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. His research is focused on the fields of transpersonal studies and consciousness studies, and he is an expert in the transdisciplinary approach to otherness. He teaches at the Alef Trust, an academic institution specialized in transpersonal psychology and consciousness studies. He also teaches at the International University of Catalonia, and he has been a visiting scholar at the California Institute of Integral Studies of San Francisco. He is a certified Gestalt Therapist and a professional member of EUROTAS (European Transpersonal Association).
