A musculoskeletal physiotherapy practitioner by background, I now work in a digital health leadership role. My clinical work was latterly focused on diagnostic work up of more complex patients, and recognising that many of my patients with unexplained symptoms were being labelled elsewhere as chronic or psychosomatic, “lost causes,” I studied functional medicine with ifm.org a few years ago.

My personal interests lie in consciousness, meditation, psychology and parapsychology, and a more refreshed “biopsychosocio-spiritual” approach to health and wellbeing.
