In ancient Chinese culture, more than two thousand years ago, was formed around Taoism and the I Ching and when Buddhism arrived from India in the early First Century AD, it was included. These philosophies and their practice introduced the discovery and realization, of multiple dimensions and Consciousness in the so-called Beyond. Taoism and Buddhism shared a similar understanding and they found that our Universe was a product of this Beyond and all things relied on information from Consciousness to appear and function including health. Tai Chi Chuan was created in the Sung Dynasty (960 to 1285), to connect Heaven and Earth in order to maintain equilibrium and good health. Chinese martial art techniques and discipline was used for the practice of Tai Chi because it had to be undertaken with commitment in order to align the practitioner with information from Consciousness and the changes in the environment.
