Whilst I have no scientific qualifications, I have a lifetime of experience of altered states of consciousness. Born empathic and aware of the emotions of others, my knowledge is rooted in my personal experiences that began with a short awakening episode around age 9, in which I realized I was not this body. From that arose the question of Who Am I?

I pursued my question through many altered states which arose spontaneously: precognition; past life memory; awareness of the healing energy of love; auric reading, all aspects of psychic and mediumistic abilities, through to an extended full awakening at my early 50’s. That major experience answered every question I ever had and left me with an ability to consider any situation from the very expanded perspective of wholeness and with the realization that there is nothing which is not consciousness and energy.

In order to identify any connection between how my variety of spiritual experiences arose I pursued my own piece of grounded research. I found the links to sate my curiosity and realized how even my earlier experiences were most importantly facilitated by my ability to completely focus my attention and shut out the outside world.

I now offer in particular to younger people who are arriving with a greater conscious awareness but who are looking for support as they strive to access their full spiritual potential.
