This guided audio of OPEN FOCUS (THE SPACE) references the need to lay down in bed. Ignore that directive. You can ALSO be sitting, standing, OR IN MOTION, anywhere to observe space. I am creating new audios. Meanwhile, this one by my partner, Rama is very good. Practice at least 2-3 times per day, or as often as you desire. ENJOY THE SPACE! 🙂

Also, there is another portion to THE SPACE presentation, based on perception reality, that responds to your inquiry into how the observation of SPACE addresses grief. Perception Reality is a presentation unto itself. In the essence of time, Monday, I did not include this portion of the presentation. However, it might be a “meaty” discussion for the Group at a time when you think it is appropriate. 🙂 Thank you so much for the opportunity to share these wonderful resources with the Group. 🙏
